【高加工性金屬油墨】針對馬口鐵金屬製品要求越來越嚴格，尤其是高深沖擊的製品，如鋁蓋【拉伸長度3.5cm以上】，鉛筆盒、餅乾盒、喉糖盒…等，低R角高拉伸長度的產品。

以往黑色油墨只要拉伸長度較大時都會有白霧化的現象產生，本公司為解決此問題，特開發出耐深沖擊的SMD-92、SMD-98濃黑來因應市場需求，特性如下：

1. 加工沖擊後，油墨不白化、不脫漆。
2. 皮膜柔軟、高彈性。
3. 低烘乾溫度【150∘C～160∘C】

高加工深沖擊的顏色也有黃色、紅色、藍色…等。

※注意事項：由於本油墨皮膜柔軟，適合於高加工沖擊的產品，因此請特別注意在烘烤完後鐵皮回溫要快速，以免造成鐵皮回黏或鐵皮的刮傷。

In the past, black ink would have white fogging as long as the stretched length was large. In order to solve this problem, our company developed deep impact-resistant SMD-92 and SMD-98 to fulfill market demand.

The characteristics are as follows:

1.After impact molding, the ink will not whiten and stripping.

2.The film is soft and highly elastic.

3.Low drying temperature [150∘C- 160∘C]

The colors also include yellow, red, blue... etc.
