UV乾燥型馬口鐵油墨

【UV-SMD系列油墨】為利用UV乾燥的油墨，有別於傳統印鐵油墨，需要烘烤160∘C  10～15 min，只需經過UV燈照射【300mj以上，視不同顏色及印刷厚度，有時可能需達到800mj以上】即可達到完全乾燥。

【油墨特性】

1.適合用於平版膠印[Off-set]印刷。

2.具有一般良好的加工性及沖擊性。

3.適合於有上底漆的馬口鐵及鋁材。

4.計有紅、藍、黃、黑、白等五個主要顏色，並可客製化為客戶調配特別色。

【UV-SMD Series ink】

UV-dried ink, which is different from traditional iron printing ink. It needs to be baked at 160∘C for 10-15 min, and only needs to be irradiated by UV lamp above 300mj (depending on the color and printing thickness, sometimes it may need to be more than 800mj)  and it can achieve completely dry.

【Characteristics】

1.Suitable for offset printing.

2.It has generally good process ability and impact.

3.Suitable for tinplate and aluminum with primer.
